Kwik Trip interview questions

It lasted about 30 minutes, pretty standard interview questions, then had to go back for a second interview with the area food service director, pretty standard interview process, they did background checks and then sent you to take a drug test before hiring.

They ask you the same exact questions that were in the application. My manager was vey friendly but tried to trick me and told me to come in for an hour the next day, but wouldn't tell me it was for he drug test. That made me feel untrustworthy. Otherwise it was a nice quick process but other coworkers I had said theirs had taken up to 3 months to get hired.
