I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Feb 2022
Interview
Standard interview cycle (HR screener, line manager, skip level) and then wrapping up with a role play as the last stage. Nothing extraordinary apart from the case study which I felt was a little redundant.
The interview process was longer than expected, at times felt my recruiter had forgotten about my application.
Everyone I spoke to during the interviews was super friendly, interviews went really well but seem there was someone else more suitable for the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why LinkedIn? Why you? Tell me about a time you handle a difficult client?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Oct 2021
Interview
2-3 month process
Phone interview with recruiter -> Video interview with Hiring Manager -> Video Interview with Peer -> Case Study/Case Study Submission -> Case Presentation/Final Interview with panel
It was a clear process. The recruiter was in communication with me throughout. All interviews were very easy to talk through and it felt like LinkedIn wanted me to get to know them just as much, if not, more than them to me.
