Initial interview at Mace at their head offices in London. Informal interview with the interviewer mainly talking about the role, what to expect after the interview. A few competency based questions and a few motivation questions
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mace (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2018
Interview
Initial invite to an interview in the London office where I was asked typical scenario and experience based questions.
I then found out one week later that I had been successful and was asked to attend an assessment centre the following week. This was out-with their own offices and was a half day of two group and one individual exercise.
After two weeks I received notification about the job offer.

Question 1
Explain a time in which something changed last minute and how you dealt with it?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mace (Bristol, Inglaterra) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview location was actually in an EDF office becase the person who go the job will be working fo mace but with EDF. My interview was with one person from mace and one person from EDF which surprised me because i prepared my interview for mace not EDF so i guess that was the down side. I entered the room nervous as one would but the guy from mace was super positive and super nice and they really calm me down in like 30 seconds so the rest of the interview went smoothly. He was great, it exactly what i needed and actually i would put his name here if i know it. The whole interview process was very relaxed and more of a conversation than grilling me for answers. He made feel like i was saying all the right things so i was suprised when i wasn't move forward. Its my luck this was my first ever proper Interview and it has to be a real important one like this. My interviewers periodically had semi long conversations about the project i was to work. They were mostly explaining the scale of the project, location and stuff like that but i knew most of what they said already because i actually research the role and i didn't want to be rude to interrupt them. Looking back what i can say is maybe i should have interjected with some of my opinions about. It probably was all part of the interview, to test my patience or confidence or how much i know about the work they did or something. what ever it was i must have not done it right since i think i answered most of the competency question quite well. I got a reply a week later.
