First Interview (Recruiter): Basic introduction about my background and qualifications. However, details about salary and job modality were not fully clarified. Second Interview (Hiring Manager): The conversation was positive overall, though it ended rather quickly, leaving little opportunity to ask questions. Third Interview (Technical Panel): Included two team members and the hiring manager. The questions were relevant, and the interviewers were professional and respectful. Although I was told to expect follow-up, I received a generic rejection email after waiting 40 days without prior updates.
