Marico Limited interview questions

Little was asked on work experience front. Interviewer was more concerned with why I took certain decisions on personal front. There was no feedback even after two rounds of interviews, least expected was that they send a mail intimating rejection. Which they didn't.

The interview process consisted of a Group discussion on a case study on normal costing principles followed by an interview which consisted of both general HR questions as well as technical questions.
