Great pay but challenging work-life balance and office politics

CTC is great Has high standards in the recruitment fraternity since HR is aware if someone can sail through Marico one will be happy in all other organisations

Cons

Loads of politics with immoral and unethical practices inside. Great work and work balance with no life in it. One slowly gets used to the process of forgetting life and family. Industry being challenged by startups numbers are always difficult since market leaders get challenged first. If someone is planning to join one should reconsider. I am one of the best performers in Marico and have had times coping up with life.

Literally no pros other than WFH. This also varies for Executives and managers. There is a clear discrimination.

Cons

Many Slow to no growth of Executives. Only the managers can grow inthis company. There are so so less instabces where people from the executive level were promoted to managers and above. No feeling on inclusion
