Salary is good. Some good colleagues.

Cons

Expect to work overtime with no pay and give up your weekends. The management team is unsupportive and often creates a toxic atmosphere. Poor strategic planning from the top results in the staff constantly having to "firefight" issues that could have been avoided. There is very little concern for employee well-being here.
