I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met with the district hiring manager at one of the local offices after being referred by my college. There was a questionnaire about why I decided to do massage and why I thought I would be a good fit followed by a hands on 50 minute massage with the manager as a client to assess my skill.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Houston, TX)
Interview
Easy, jobs offered on spot. They'll hire anyone, which is scary. Apply online then perform a practical. Do some online training and your ready. I wish their interviews were more thorough and that they didn't hire anyone and everyone. This is why clients are often disappointed with the massage performance. Many unskilled therapists.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Claremont, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online. Got a call the next day. Went through 2 interviews. The first was to ask basic interview questions and see if I was aware what massage envy offered. The manager asked if I could memorize the sales script by our second interview than I get the job. After that it was a matter of learning how to book appointments with computer system and answering phones.
