Reviewed all licensing and education requirements and provided documentation. Conversation with the interviewer involved discussing why I want to work at massage envy? Can I perform at least 3 hour long massage in
a row? The interview also includes a 30 minute hands on massage session for the clinic manager or assistant manager. Once hired there are about 10 pages of forms to complete, including copy of drivers and CA massage licenses. W-2 form. Signing off on their hourly wage and very minimal wage increase plan (you get minimum wage plus one dollar raise after one year then not another $1 raise for two years. So you must start at $11/massage, then $12 after one year and $13 after 2 years, plus tips averaging $10 No health, life or 401k benefits
