This interview was very laid back, interviewer asked questions about my ability to sell product and memorize a script for sales. I applied online and was contacted by phone about a week afterwards. This location was very sales heavy. I wore business casual outfit, no suit. It seemed appropriate for this interview.

First the owner of the franchise called me to have a phone interview, after I passed that they contacted me for a face to face interview, at that point they sent me a package of things to prepare for the interview. I Had to memorize the sale pitch and my interview consisted of how well I had it memorized and how I overcame the sales obstacles that would come up

Interview
Basic questions that included tour of facility. Emphasis on selling memberships to the point where it sounded like somewhat of a scam. It was as if that was the sole source of how they get the money from customers. If you're able to sell a membership you get an additional $1 or so added to your pay.
