I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Massage Envy (San Rafael, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The owner had my name written down incorrectly do when he saw me he called me the wrong name. The interview was fairly simple. The majority of the interview was a conversation about my goals for the future. It was kind of weird because it turned into a discussion about personalities and characteristics and it got kind of "deep". The second part of the interview was unconventional. The owner asked me to imagine scenarios and how I'd react, he asked me to rate the importance of a few different aspects of a job, he asked my biggest pet peeve and things like that. I interviewed earlier this week and I haven't heard back but I've already accepted an offer elsewhere.
