Massage Envy interview questions

The owner and spa GM interviewed me and another girl at the same time for the same position at the Streeterville location. It was kind of weird at first but it got better throughout the interview. Took about an hour. Both were pretty friendly. The girls at the front were also pretty nice. I had to turn down the job because of the pay scale. Its only $10 and hour plus commission on how many memberships you sell. The GM was actually pretty great and I would have like to work for her. She is the GM for most of the MEs inside the city of Chicago. We also toured the spa together.

Set up appointment to meet with a Clinic Manager who is not even familiar with being a massage therapist. If the manager feels like you would be a good addition he/she will want you to do a hands-on practical as part of the hiring process. You also are required to fill out a background check. After the practical the manager decides whether or not to hire you.
