I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Corona, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
the interview process was fairly simple in technical terms but was very long and drawn out for the position applying for. the process took more than 2 weeks, I applied and then heard from them the next day for a same day interview, which was with one of the managers and went really well, fairly simple and basic interview questions, then I received a sales script one page long that I had a week to memorize word for word. I came back one week later and met witht he same girl and I showed what I memorized, then she called in another manager to hear it and she asked me some questions from the first interview. After that I heard from them a few days later saying they wanted me to come back for the last part of the interview which was to meet with the franchise owner. So I met him a few days later and he had me go through the sales script AGAIN, and then talked about the company and his "vision" and then at the end said they would call in a few days to let me know their decision...I am still waiting.
