Interview
When I was hired as a massage therapist I was already working as a Front Desk Associate. The hiring process consisted of questions about my education in massage therapy, my goals for massage therapy, and how was with communication with clients. It was also discussed past employment complaints and past employment positive experiences. After the questionnaires there was a 50 minute hands on interview.

Interview
Was referred by an employee to come in and apply. I dressed professionally. Filled out paper application when I came in. Immediately interviewed on the spot with owner (I really was not prepared for it but I am pretty good at answering questions on the spot). Was asked several questions about customer service and sales (commission mainly). Sales is a big part of the job.
