Contacted in mid April by hiring managers regarding the Associate Engineer position in the SPPDG in Rochester, MN. Phone interview scheduled for May 10th. Notified that I made it to the second round (on-site) interview on May 18th. Second round interview scheduled for May 30th. Interview was approximately 4 hours long with different panel interviews & discussions. I had to give a 30 minute technical presentation on a topic of my choosing. I was contacted on June 22, 2018 by the director of the group with a job offer. Interview consisted of behavioral questions and technical discussion with the director throughout the panel interview. Had a great experience with all individuals involved.
