Mayo Clinic interview questions

I was interviewing for their new grad residency program. I felt it was a pretty difficult interview. They asked quite a few behavioral questions and a couple situational questions. I only interviewed with one person.

About a week after I sent in my application, I was asked to have a webcam interview. This was with just one person and lasted 20 minutes. My second interview was about three weeks after my first one. I was shown the facility and then taken into a conference room for the rest of the interview (an hour total.)
