Mayo Clinic interview questions

I was asked to prepare a presentation of a project I had recently completed with outcomes centered around my potential role at Mayo. I was only given a short time to prepare this prior to the interview, but I imagine that is part of the "test." I arrived and was asked to wait outside the room so the group could prepare. I was then brought into the room and went right into my presentation. After I finished my presentation, there was a brief time for questions and the group asked me to step out of the room so they could discuss. After a few minutes, they brought me back in to complete behavioral interview questions. The panel consisted of 5-6 individuals and lasted just over an hour.
