Mayo sometimes has hiring events for specific positions. You must apply on their career website and be invited to the hiring event. Bring resumes and be prepared to interview with multiple hiring managers.

The interviewer asked me about my ethnicity in a very direct manner. I didn't think they could do that, nor was it necessarily relevant. Everything after that felt tense, and I felt like I was walking on eggshells the entire time.
