One initial AI video interview then an in person interview. It varies within departments, some just do one teams interview and some will do a third interview that includes PI. Know that Mayo prefers to hire internally and for some reason will still interview people even when they know the internal hire who is going to take the role.

It was a virtual interview. There were three or four Interviewers. They had a set of questions and read them. The interviewers were friendly and professional. The interview lasted just under an hour.
