Mayo Clinic interview questions

My interview was as a new graduate nurse and all through webcam. There was a lot of communication and preparation beforehand to make sure the interview went smoothly. I spent the first 45 minutes with a placement coordinator discussing details of the job and onboarding process if I were to receive an offer. Then I moved to the unit where I spoke with the manager and veteran nurse. All behavioral questions with a case study where you had to triage patients. Really good communication and overall positive experience, despite the difficulty of the interview.

I had my interview with the department supervisor. The overall feeling was relaxed and without pressure. I was given a tour of the different work station and had several roles explained to me.The interview lasted approximately forty minutes and didn't feel like it was rushed or too brief. At the end of the interview I was told how long I should expect to wait before hearing that a decision was made. Three hours later I was offered the position.
