I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in Apr 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume online. A few weeks later I received a call from HR asking to set up times. The interviews are always panel interviews. I had two people on mine. It felt very relaxed. The interviewers were willing to answer all of my questions and were very engaged in what I was saying and asking. Overall, it was not difficult at all as long as you are prepared to answer behavioral based questions and have several examples that you can give.
