Question 1
Describe a setback or rejection you faced and how you handled it, and how you could apply that to your future nursing practice
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Eau Claire, WI) in Jan 2023
Interview
Application and interview process included resume, at least one essay (might have been two), and an interview. The interview was over Zoom and had a panel. Questions weren't too hard, just be prepared with general interview question answers. I was offered the job within an hour of ending the interview. At the end of my internship, my supervisor mentioned that the question I asked during my interview at the end stuck out to her and she remembered what I said/asked! So, I guess be prepared with some thoughtful questions as it can help you stand out and show them that you care.
