Interview
This was a panel interview as most interviews at Mayo Clinic are. It was standard. Nothing was overly remarkable about this process. I have nothing more to share about this process.
The interview was quick and easy. They were very polite and explain how the work environment will be like and the training process. Although I was quite nervous, they made sure that I was comfortable and was very understanding since I am really young.

Thorough and team based. Interviewed with management and peers. Started with phone interview and then had three hours of in person interviews scheduled.
