Mayo Clinic interview questions

There was an HR phone screen followed by two rounds of in-person interviewing - first with study staff and then with the PIs. Questions were mostly behavioral in nature and past experience with research/healthcare/databases.

Standardized process; very smooth. Met with hiring committee and manager. Also have an interview with nursing office prior to interview with managers. There are many questions asked, but they give you a copy so you don’t have to be nervous about not hearing or understanding the question. They also encourage you to ask questions.
