I applied online. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Fountain Hills, AZ) in Dec 2018
Interview
Interview process was very basic, a middle school kid can do this. The interviewers deceived me with lies telling that they are hiring so many for this position. In the end in a matter of 24 hours they turn around and tell me that I am not hired. I had all the qualifications and more.
Mayo need to stop wasting peoples time by doing on the phone interviews before they are ready to hire for these simple jobs. They rather call you in, wastes your time and ask simple questions basic middle school kids and answer then don't choose the right candidates or hire within or show prejudice.
