It was a pretty straight forward technical test where he asked me to verify an IP address according to rules. I was able to use any programming language I wanted and it was over a shared coding notepad and shell.

Worst experience. I received an email for the availability for the prescreening. I provided my availability and never received the response until the next week only after i followed up. Based on the prescreening discussion, i was told that the recruiter will reach out to me by the end of the week and explained about the technical interview process, i sent a follow up email after a week and never received a response either. This company seems to be busy talking about their pride, culture and inclusion and sent me a bunch of documentation about what they do. I think they should learn the basic courtesy to respond and know how to recruit people.
