Interview
- 30 minute interview with Recruiter. - 1 hour technical phone interview. On-site: - 45 minute interview with Hiring Manager. - 2 45 minute coding interview. - 45 minute system design interview. Ghosted after on-site interview. I emailed the recruiter after a week to get my status but no reply. Emailed again after two weeks with no reply. This has never happened to before, I felt like I completely wasted a lot of my time interviewing for Cisco Meraki, never again!

Interview
After applying an initial video call was booked with I assume someone from HR. I have NEVER come across such an unprofessional demeanour from an employer in my entire life. Throughout the entire call, this woman had her elbow on her desk leaning on her arm, clearly unbothered to even have the call. Wasn’t asking questions that made any sense or done in any real structure and she was still answering emails or texting while I was trying to speak. Although this was clearly rude and unprofessional I kept smiling and tried to ignore it. I remember coming off the call thinking, what on earth was that?! That was an automatic rejection from me already, I couldn’t care less if they had set up a next interview with me or not after that horrid performance.

As per HR first round is on Coding. it doesnt matter if you are 5 years or 20 years, they will ask you exactly same question .. i was told, there is a coding test on subnet .. and the interviewer was pathetic .. he started asking questions as 5 years exp guy .. and he came up with his own functions prototype and asked to complete .. question - Write the code for finding if the ip is within the subnet or not. (prototypes are given - which will be confusing)
