I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. The recruiter scheduled a call with him to know about my current job role and area of interest. He asked a couple of technical questions like how DHCP works etc. The recruiter schooled a technical interview which was troubleshoot related. After I cleared that round, I had a sample writing round where I had to send an e-mail to a customer regarding the issue he was facing. After this I had another technical round. This round was also troubleshooting related. The interviewer game me a good feedback at the end, but because I don't have any experience in troubleshooting, I was rejected. The process is quite long, it took 1 month to complete 3 rounds and the final round is onsite. So the complete interview process is more than a month long (the onsite round has 4 interviews of 1 hr each).

I had a really pleasant experience interviewing at Meraki for the most part. The hiring manager was great and a big part of the reason why the role appealed to me. I also met with some good people during the interviews, I heard really positive feedback from everyone I spoke with. After interviews recruiter went ghost on me for several weeks, not the end of the world though I understand things get busy.
It took several e-mails and weeks for a response, ultimately I found out the team didn't want to move forward, I honestly think that they didn't think I had a strong interest in relocating for the role which may have cause them to not make an offer, as this was mentioned when I spoke with one of the senior members. It was a good experience I just wish communication was a little better. In the time it took for them to get back to me I received 4 other offers and happily moved forward with a very strong offer for a great company
