I had a very bad experience. They knew my salary from the beginning of the interview process, but they offered me 33% less salary than my current salary, after I had to go from other country to UK to have an on-site interview. A few days after my on-site interview they told me they wanted me to work in the company, but they needed to check a few things, and they let me waiting nervous 4-5 days more to give me that offer, after that, 5 days later they offered me a higher salary, but still was very low compared to my current.
