Phone to phone was basic networking questions. Face to face was a whiteboard session. You meet two different people and they draw a scenario on the board which your expected to solve. They give you very little info, but you can ask them questions and based on these qns they will give you hints

face to face interview - had 2 interviews
They ask basic trouble shooting qns but some qns are quite tricky. They will draw a diagram on the baord with very little information. Your supposed to ask them questions and flesh out the answer.
You should know your subnetting, stp, vlans,pings,arp, dhcp, dns

Easy questions..very long and drawn out process. Seemed to have little regard for the interviewee's time. Had to drag feedback out of them at every step including the final "choosing not to move forward" conversation.

It was a phone call interview. An interviewer sent me an email 15 minutes prior to the interview to confirm. He called me on time as I expected. However, condition of the phone call interview was pretty bad. I could hear a lot of noises. I could hear some other people talking each other.
