I applied online, got an email the same day to answer some questions on my skill. After that, I had a phone interview which lasted for about 45 mins. Some of the questions are like tell me about yourself, project you have worked on, SQL related questions with others.

Tell me about yourself. Some SQL related questions with other questions.
Recruiter call, tech screen, 4 onsite interviews. Pretty standard IMO. The SQL questions were fairly straightforward without gotchas, just a couple of steps in the logic. The business case questions were also standard, not requiring specialized knowledge of the platform or the company, though I think having some familiarity with social media analytics would have been helpful.
