Microsoft Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

I unfortunately had a very poor interview experience. They took a full month to respond to my application and to give me a phone interview. The email that they sent me had my name misspelled, which really showed the lack of care they put towards their candidates. The interview started well, as the interviewer was very friendly, but it all went downhill when the coding portion began. The interviewer kept on micromanaging me while I was coding, and would cut me off only a few lines into coding to discuss minor stylistic changes to my code. They also had a hard time understanding my code because it didn't seem to match exactly the answer they had written down. Overall, very poor experience interviewing.

One recruiter call, then one meetup with two technical members of the team. We talked about my previous jobs and career challenges. I was given one technical task related to OOP design. I failed to do that in the timely manner so I didn't proceed with next rounds which are three back to back meetings with behavioral questions and technical challenges on the topics of algorithms, system design and object-oriented design.
