I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA)
Interview
Interviews for this position nowadays seem tailored to the resume. I had an AI interview, as my resume had a lot of AI experience on it. It was two 90 minute interviews (half technical, half behavioral).
I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft (Kānpur, Uttar Pradesh) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was my first ever interview and and the company was Microsoft, I was nervous throughout the process but the interviewer was friendly, He only asked a coding question, not even my intro, he already knew my name, not got selected but it was a good experience
Very straightforward and communicative through the whole process. Team was nice, and interview questions weren’t unreasonably difficult. They were mainly looking for how you’re able to work through a problem, not necessarily whether you know the right answer
