Aptitude matters. Coding Matters. Clean coding Matters. Approach more than answer matters.
Sometime the problem might just be puzzles. And more than solving but how you think about the solution matters more.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Microsoft (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2023
Interview
Initial Screening
Selected candidates will participate in a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter. This conversation will focus on the candidate's background, technical skills, and interest in the position.
Technical Assessment
Candidates who pass the initial screening will be given a technical assessment. This may involve coding challenges or a take-home assignment designed to evaluate problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
