I got a call from HR for round1 interview. I acknowledged the interview slot. After waiting for 30 mins , the interviewer called me and apologised for the delay. I had to push my other meetings for this 30 mins delay. For second round, I took half day leave as HR wanted Skype call . Nobody called me during that scheduled slot. I kept waiting on Skype for complete 1 hr and sent 2 emails to HR and multiple calls but no response from HR. Very much disappointed with this no show. I lost my half day and had to miss few important meetings.
Please value candidate's time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Jul 2018
Interview
HR emailed me a couple of times and asked me to fill out a form. Then she scheduled a call with senior manager in the team for tech screening. I didn't hear back for more than two weeks. No response to my followup emails.

General questions on my experience and product related questions
Recruiter phone screen > peer interview > peer interview > onsite manager interview. The team were friendly, questions were a little dry but comprehensive. Phone screen gave me a good overview of the process and things moved pretty quickly from there. Overall good experience.
