Microsoft Senior Software Developer Engineer interview questions

4 Interviews, 1 HR and 3 Technical. On the technical side, the problems are manageable but big focus on how one approaches the issue, how does it test its solution, what tradeoffs are being made, etc.

I spent more than 20 hours with interviews and they told me they will keep me in their talent pool... 5 hours technical interview rounds algo, soft skills, react, javascript, test coverage questions. they phone called me and said I was selected and should choose a team. After I chose a team they did 3 more exactly same interviews with different developers. they even asked same questions...
