I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft (Kānpur, Uttar Pradesh) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was my first ever interview and and the company was Microsoft, I was nervous throughout the process but the interviewer was friendly, He only asked a coding question, not even my intro, he already knew my name, not got selected but it was a good experience
Very straightforward and communicative through the whole process. Team was nice, and interview questions weren’t unreasonably difficult. They were mainly looking for how you’re able to work through a problem, not necessarily whether you know the right answer
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
Pretty striaghtforward. Round 1 was call with recruiter - went through basic behavorial questions (use STAR method), and had some technical questions (what does it mean to have good code, etc.). Round 2 was technical love coding round. Practice practice leetcode!

Question 1
Leetcode technical! Live coding. But first round was behavorial mixed with technical concepts (recruiter call).
