It was through microsoft engage program.Our resumes were shortlisted and then we were assigned one group of project along with mentors and then we have to build the project and if they liked the project an interview was scheduled

First there was an online assessment which consisted of 2 algorithms problems. After one week or so I had HR interview. It only took 1/2 hour. It was with questions from the CV, random questions and also about teamwork during projects. Finally, I had technical 3h interview.
