I applied online through the Microsoft website as a new/recent graduate. Then I received an invite after about a week for a 30 min phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter had a list of behavioral questions, and asked me to describe a technical project I had done.

Submitted my resume to a recruiter on campus. Had a phone screen covering Computer Science concepts. Then moved onto three on-site interviews. All three started with some non-technical background questions and then went into a technical question.

The guy was really nice and made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. It was mostly about myself and how much I knew about Microsoft. There were only about 2 technical questions. This was just the Phone Interview and I have yet to hear anything back.
