I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft in Dec 2020
Interview
Had 4 rounds of interviews with a particular team (did not get to choose the team) and each lasted for one hour.
There was some kind of connection problem so it took about 5 minutes to solve. The first interviewer gave a small introduction and started with two behavior questions. He was very interested in getting to know my answer, so he asked a lot of follow-up questions before finally gave the coding question.
The second interviewer started with the coding question and we had about 5 minutes for behavior.
The third interviewer was pretty chill compared to the first two. We went through behavior questions like chit chat and then a coding question.
The fourth interviewer is the director of the team. He was interested in knowing why I was interviewing with the team, which I actually did not have a choice. There are other teams I would love to join, so I hope in the future, the coordination between HRs and Engineering Teams could be better.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavior:
1. Tell me about a recent project.
2. How would you work in teams?
Solved question correctly, rejected 2 weeks later. Not sure what went wrong, but it is possible that they just simply had too many applicants and didn't make it through. Could have been a better experience if there was more communication throughout the process.

Interview
Prior to interview the recruiter only mentioned about the coding rounds but all the 4 technical rounds were on System Design which seemed pretty unreasonable for a New Graduate position.
