The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2024
Interview
First, they sent me an online assessment contains two leetcode problems, both of them were hard. After that they invited me to a 3 virtual interviews. All were technical with the team. Asked 1-2 leetcode problems each. Total were 5 problems, 1 hard and 4 medium. Thay told me next day that I was great and very good for the position but they have to move forward with other candidates.
Recruiter skipped directly to final round. Two technical rounds on same day (45min each). Each round started with around 3 behavioral questions, then a technical question that was an easy-medium leetcode problem. You can solve the problems in any programming language.
