I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nasdaq (New York, NY) in Nov 2022
Interview
Initially, it was quick and relatively painless. Screening call followed by three loops with team members, one of which was technical, and one with the hiring manager. All of that happened in about two weeks. Didn't hear back without prompting for three months and then they changed the role.

Question 1
Tech screening: Basic knowledge of distributed systems engineering and development lifecycle familiarity as well as some coding specific questions. Behavioral: boilerplate STAR questions mostly followed by questions about outside of the box thinking ("teach me something" etc.)

Interview
Very straightforward, applied through WayUp and it was a smooth process! The offer took a few months to process but no surprises with the interview questions. We reviewed my resume and talked through the position of the role. I ended up landing it and getting a full time offer with the team.

Interview
Your typical phone screen interview. Asking the "tell me about yourself" as well as "why you're interested in the position and the company". The HR person was very engaged and had a ton of knowledge for the position and company which made the experience that much better.
