Nasdaq interview questions

They had a 30-minute initial phone screen, then a few 45min Zoom calls. I was recruited and the recruiter asked me "how did I hear about the role".... the people who interviewed me didn't seem to have read my resume at all as they seemed VERY surprised when I was discussing my qualifications.. I didn't have one HR point of contact which made things VERY confusing. They would never ask for my availability and instead just send me random calendar invites with no information on who I was meeting with or what their relationship was to the role I was interviewing for.
