Nasdaq interview questions

First a phone call with what would be my direct manager. Talking about work, interests and why I wanted to work at Nasdaq and what I could contribute. Then a face to face interview with the same manager along with his boss. Going over interests, me explaining personal projects and thought process when getting stuck on something (I was describing setting up a home server for streaming video/music, hosting websites and some other goodness).

It was telephonic interview with a panel of 5. Only the manager asked few questions about the work done and none of the other members speak anything not even introduce themselves!! It was schedule for 30 mins and got over in 20 mins. I did not get a good feel about the team or the way it was held, what to answer if interview panel keeps quiet and not even nod !
