Interview
There is an English competency test used to discern your skills with regards to teaching English. Then, a review of your teaching environment i.e. the room you are situated in. They want to make sure you're not teaching in unprofessional clothes or poorly groomed. If you pass these checks then you will likely get the job, however, they want some good experience.

The process presented some challenges, notably the extended wait time for administrative assistance, which lasted over six hours. Additionally, in the event of technical issues, it appears that responsibility may be attributed to the user.
It was test and system check ans demo
Demo was annoying because of examiners, they are so ridiculously strict and make lots of excuses in order not to accept you or make you retake your demo for 3 times
