The interview process in the company is convenient and makes the applicant feel confident and appreciated.
I was interviewed after passing the English Tests. And was interviewed after the initial interview, and done a class demo.

To tell them about myself. and about my internet provider, the speed of my internet. And my workplace at home
Online language proficiency tests to test my pronunciation and grammar and the last part was the demo lesson teaching one of the staff members as a student to test my teaching skills as well as internet speed test.
The interview process was very straightforward and fully online. After creating an account, I completed the system check, grammar test, and demo lesson. The instructions were clear, and the platform guided me step-by-step. The demo lesson was the main part of the evaluation, and results were given quickly. Overall, the process was smooth, simple, and did not require any live interview with a recruiter.

They only asked where I'm from and why I want to work at native camp.
The interview was a long process you had to take a English proficiency test then an AI speaking test and had to conduct a demo lesson. The last step is you have to provide them with a passport
