I applied online. I interviewed at Native Camp in Aug 2021
Interview
You have 3 attempts for Demo Lesson. Even if you only have technical problems and did not do a demo, that attempt would still be counted. You must not only check the initial materials given before the demo lesson but also the MATERIALS in the ACTUAL demo lesson BEFORE CLICKING STANDBY to be queued or lined for the demo lesson. The reason behind is, the material might be a little different in the actual demo. Carefully review and practice the Grammar Middle 32 Exercise. Remember the difference between asking for a favor and asking a permission. "Would you mind me" is asking for permission, so if you are asking the student to form a sentence that asks for a favor and the student says "would you mind me", please correct that and explain that the question the student asked is asking for a permission and not a favor and then say the correct answer and explain again. Additionaly, ALWAYS type your name and the students name in the introduction and type the students answers when you ask the student to form a sentence or if the student mispronounced a word or phrase type that as well.

Evaluator: No, she don't like natto.
THE CORRECT WORD IS DOESN'T AND NOT DON'T SO PLEASE CORRECT IT.
You: Okay, the word "she" is a singular subject, there is only one person. The word "don't" is a plural verb for plural subjects. Instead of using the word, don't say "doesn't". No, she doesn't like natto, doesn't is a singular verb for a singular subject. Please repeat - No, she doesn't like natto.
