I applied online. I interviewed at Native Camp in Apr 2019
Interview
First you go through the system check and if that goes well you proceed to demo lesson, for which you prepare a beginner and an intermediate lesson. If you are ready you apply for the demo lesson and an interviewer pops up and act as students would. If you are not using the chat box frequently they say so. If you didn't do well they say so and you are allowed to redo the demo class.

System check first, they check if you have suitable equipment and if your internet speed is good. Then, if you pass that, you go through to demo lesson. You get two lesson materials to read and practice. You can practice as much as you want before going to a demo lesson. One of the employees are acting as a student, and it is pretty much simple. Just follow the lesson flow in lesson material and correct student when they make a mistake. If you don't pass the demo lesson, you have 2 more retakes, before you get fail.
