Interview
Several rounds of interviews, each consisting of 2-3 1-on-1 meetings lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Each of the ~8 people I met was friendly and fun to chat with. The discussions included the sharing of past technical struggles and resolving interpersonal conflicts. One particularly enjoyable chat featured a D&D-esque, hypothetical role-playing experience where I was presented with an amusing-but-relevant scenario to verbally explore.
