Niantic interview questions

Recruiters WILL ghost you if you aren't a top candidate, including any follow up emails. I was at the final rounds of interviews and after 2 weeks, I received the generic 'Thank You for Your Interest' email - no responses from the recruiter directly. Follow up emails were sent and, as you may guess, were completely ignored. If you value your time and frankly respect, I suggest elsewhere.

1. Home assignment: it takes about 6 hours. SQL questions and ML questions. 2. Phone interview with SQL Questions + your experiences. There are several SQL questions. My answer was correct except for the last one. The last one was a very quite hard one, but overall it was okay. I think I failed the phone interview Note: take-home assignment takes a lot of time because it requires deep ML knowledge and then you should be able to code the ML algorithm. I spent a lot of time, and I completed. However, they don't give you any feedback afterward. COME ON! The interviewer said that he spends a lot of time building a data pipeline and writing SQL most of the day. Sounds like the position is more like a data engineer and data analyst (with SQL). The second interview last 45 mins for 5~6 interviewers. They mostly asked about product sense, marketing understanding, etc. One interview was about SQL, the rest of the interviews were only Product sense & Marketing related questions TOO HARD! You may need a business degree or something. Seems communication skills are important for them.
